Ben Tester The Home Tester is a single inspector serving NW Oregon seven days a week. I'm an active member of the Oregon Home Inspectors Association and the Oregon Real Estate Inspectors Association.
 
I offer pre-purchase inspections as well as pre-sell inspections. I am licensed, bonded, and insured. I am state certified and am also cerified to offer separate environmental data resources neighborhood reports for due diligence purposes.
 
I encourage attendance to the home inspection for both first-time and seasoned home buyers, to ask questions, and become familiar with your new home's condition and function of systems.
My report includes digial photos, summary sections for speedy review, is emailed the same day or next morning, and is clear and easy to read.
